StoryMaster AI provides digital software and AI-powered services that begin consuming computing resources immediately upon use.

Because our Services involve the immediate allocation of AI infrastructure, cloud computing resources, and digital content generation, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

StoryMaster AI allows users to evaluate key features before purchasing through our free experience or trial functionality.

Users may create and preview AI-generated books before purchasing access to premium features such as:

• Downloading books
• Exporting files
• Publishing tools
• Premium templates
• Advanced AI features

Because users can evaluate the platform before payment, purchases should only be made after confirming that the Services meet their requirements.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Unless cancelled before the next renewal date:

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically every year.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize StoryMaster AI to charge your selected payment method for future renewal periods until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation:

• Prevents future renewals.

Does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

Does not cancel charges already processed.

Does not restore expired promotional pricing.

Does not delete your account automatically.

You will continue to have access to paid features until your current billing period ends.

Unless required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• One-time Book Credit purchases
• Illustration Credit purchases
• Cover Generation purchases
• Storage upgrades
• Premium template purchases
• Promotional plans
• Discounted subscriptions
• Gift purchases
• Taxes and government fees
• AI-generated services already delivered
• Partially used subscriptions

Unused features, unused credits, or infrequent use of the Services do not create a right to a refund.

Book Credits, illustration credits, cover generation credits, and other digital usage credits:

• Have no cash value.

Are non-transferable.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cannot be exchanged for other products.

Are non-refundable once issued.

Expire in accordance with your subscription or applicable plan terms unless otherwise stated.

StoryMaster AI may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payments.

Incorrect billing caused by a verified system error.

Charges made after confirmed cancellation due to our billing error.

Unauthorized transactions verified after investigation.

Other exceptional circumstances determined solely by StoryMaster AI.

Issuing a refund in one case does not create an obligation to issue refunds in similar future situations.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, StoryMaster AI may:

• Suspend premium features.

Pause AI generation.

Restrict account functionality.

Retry payment where permitted.

Downgrade the account to the free experience.

Failure to complete payment may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to paid Services.

If a payment is disputed through your payment provider without first contacting StoryMaster AI, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend the associated account.

Revoke Book Credits.

Remove access to premium features.

Recover outstanding balances where permitted by law.

Permanently terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent chargeback activity.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Promotional offers, discounts, introductory pricing, coupons, referral credits, and limited-time offers:

• Cannot be applied retroactively.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

Subscription fees may exclude applicable:

• VAT
• GST
• Sales Tax
• Digital Services Tax
• Other legally required taxes

Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

StoryMaster AI may update subscription prices at any time.

If pricing changes affect existing subscribers:

• We will provide advance notice where required by law.

New pricing will apply only to future billing periods.

Users may cancel before renewal if they do not accept the updated pricing.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee:

• Publication success.

Book sales.

Commercial success.

AI output quality meeting every expectation.

Copyright eligibility.

Acceptance by publishing platforms.

Refunds will not be issued because generated content does not meet subjective preferences or commercial goals.
