StoryMaster AI is an AI-powered Book Creation & Publishing Platform that enables users to generate, edit, illustrate, format, and prepare books for publication using artificial intelligence.

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• AI Cover Design
• Book Formatting
• Export Tools
• Publishing Resources
• Templates and Educational Content

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform.

To use StoryMaster AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

StoryMaster AI is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

StoryMaster AI offers free experiences, subscription plans, and one-time purchases.

Paid subscriptions may include:

• AI Illustration Credits
• Cover Generation Credits
• Premium Templates
• Advanced Publishing Tools
• Additional Platform Features

Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.

Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

Certain subscription plans include Book Credits.

A Book Credit allows users to generate a new AI-assisted book project using StoryMaster AI.

Unused Book Credits may expire at the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise specified.

Additional Book Credits may be purchased separately.

StoryMaster AI reserves the right to implement reasonable usage limits to protect platform performance and prevent abuse.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to StoryMaster AI, including:

• Book manuscripts
• Stories
• Chapters
• Notes
• Characters
• Illustrations you upload
• Images
• Documents
• Other original materials

You grant StoryMaster AI a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your original content.

StoryMaster AI uses artificial intelligence to generate text, illustrations, book covers, and other creative outputs.

AI-generated content may:

• Require human review
• Contain inaccuracies
• Produce similar outputs for different users
• Not qualify for copyright protection in certain jurisdictions

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publication or commercial use.

StoryMaster AI does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, or legal suitability of AI-generated content.

StoryMaster AI, including its software, branding, logos, website, user interface, documentation, templates, and proprietary technologies, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for your own content, no part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or reverse engineered without prior written permission.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree to use StoryMaster AI responsibly and lawfully.

You must not use the platform to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Distribute spam or fraudulent content.
• Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

StoryMaster AI integrates with trusted third-party providers to deliver certain services, including AI models, payment processing, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and email delivery.

Your use of these services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

StoryMaster AI is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

By using StoryMaster AI, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in those documents.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to StoryMaster AI.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available without interruption.

Temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Security updates
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Technical issues
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryMaster AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, original, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StoryMaster AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to StoryMaster AI during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, these limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Material changes will be communicated through the StoryMaster AI website, platform, or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
